What is Healthy Forsyth?

Healthy Forsyth is a program funded by The Duke Endowment to address chronic health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension in zip codes 27101, 27105 & 27107. Healthy Forsyth houses a coalition comprised of representatives from Novant Health, Atrium Health Baptist Medical Center, Public Health officials, community clinics, nonprofit organizations, community partners, and community residents from zip codes 27101, 27105 & 27107.
