RV Campground Shelter

During your stay at Tanglewood Park’s beautiful RV Campground, reserve the Campground shelter for your small gathering with serene, natural surroundings!

*Please note that a minimum stay of one night in the Campground is required to reserve this shelter.

Shelters must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. Due to necessary preparation, we cannot accommodate requests for reservations less than 2 weeks prior to an event.

Other Notes	Alcohol is prohibited at the RV Campground shelter. Charcoal is not provided. Bands and DJs are allowed but sound equipment must not exceed the appropriate wattage. The clients are permitted to bring their own food or use our on-site caterer. The client may add a hayride to their event. Call the Tanglewood Stables at 336.766.9540 for more information or to schedule a ride. Shelter is available for rental starting April 1 and will close for the winter on October 31. No tape, nails or tacks allowed to be affixed to beams or walls. Each instance will result in an additional fee being charged. No sparklers, birdseed, confetti, rice, chalk or paint are allowed. Each instance will result in an additional fee being charged. Bounce house or inflatable not allowed. No rain dates are available. Only waxless candles are permitted. No open flamed candles allowed. The event must end at the contracted time. If the client is not out of the facility by the contracted time, the client will be charged each hour stayed past the contracted time. If picnic tables are moved and are not returned back to their original location, a $250 fee will be charged. Tanglewood Park is not responsible for any rental or personal items.
