Small Flock Poultry Processing Field Day

Are you interested in processing your own poultry, or have you considered renting the mobile processing unit from the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Stokes County office? This field day will include training on using the mobile processing unit, safely handling processed birds, and other aspects of at-home poultry processing. A detailed agenda is forthcoming, but plan to join us for this field day!
